        It has been our privilege to work with many progressive companies and
        talented recruiters during our 18 years of operations.  We have located,
        evaluated and recommended recruiting placements all across this country.   
 

     FOR COMPANIES:    Our approach is to evaluate
      recruiting talent based on the company's specific
      needs and objectives.  Each company's unique
      challenges vary and are dictated by the variables
      of their operations, personnel, location, industry
      conditions and other factors.
 
      FOR RECRUITERS:      This approach means recruiters
      can take advantage of their developed specialties
      which typically translate into better assignments and
      higher pay rates. 

     FOR BOTH:      The company and the talent benefit
      when the right talent is applied in the right situation.

            OUR FLEXIBLE SERVICES

           1.   Contract Staffing -- Temporary recruiter is paid by RXC but typically works
                 on company site.  Work is directed by company representative. 
                 Recruiter time record is approved by company and submitted to RXC
                 each week for payroll & invoicing processing.

           2.   Contract-to-Perm Conversion -- Used when company wants to evaluate
                 a recruiter before offering full time employment or when a temporary
                 need changes to regular employment. 

           3.   Contract Consultants -- Temporary recruiter is paid by RXC and can work
                 assigned project on company site, but frequently works off-site, remotely
                 or virtually depending on the duties.  Work progress reported directly to
                 company.  Recruiter time record is approved by company and
                 submitted to RXC each week for payroll & invoicing processing.

           4.   Executive Search -- Used to fill company's regular employment needs for
                 recruiting talent.  Company selected recruiter becomes regular employee
                 under direct supervision of company.  RXC invoices company a search
                 fee for placing the hired recruiter.
