How To Convert -- Let RXC know about the leads by using the 'Share Information' section. Our staff will contact the company and offer our services. If RXC is engaged, the first person referring the lead will earn ten (10%) of the margin on the assignment. Worth The Effort -- YES, it is. Ten percent in real money is more than you might think. Frequently assignments extend for a year or more. Many projects require several recruiters or a team of recruiters to complete. Remember, the ten percent applies to all RXC services; contract, conversions and executive search.
