Frequently
Asked Questions
Q1- Why should someone with a recruiting
back-
ground want to be part of the RecruiterXchange?
A1 – To take
advantage of increased earnings
opportunities, both active and passive. RXC
markets recruiting talent availability nationwide
and our Value Plan, in addition, can generate
passive, residual earnings.
Q2 - Are
there any fees or cost for me to refer
company leads or talent?
A2 – No fees or cost to you. Your participation is
100%
FREE. Use the 'Share Information' section to
make referrals and
begin building value from your
information sharing.
Q3- What kind
of company information can I refer to RecruiterXchange?
A3- Our specialty is helping companies with
their professional recruiting needs. Companies might need
contract recruiters, recruiting consultants or to hire
permanent recruiting employees. We can help with these
and many others
including full time, part time, on-site, remote, virtual,
salaried, hourly,
fee based, national, regional, local and more.
Q4
– What kind of qualified professional talent can I refer
to RecruiterXchange?
A4
– Any person with professional experience in recruiting or
a related field,
such as employment, staffing, candidate research and sales,
marketing and
administration of recruiting services to mention a few.
Q5 - How will
my referrals generate earnings for me?
A5
- Upon receipt, our staff will contact the company or
talent you referred.
If we are engaged by the company or use the professional
talent to perform
an assignment, you will earn ten (10%)
percent of the net margin on that assignment.
Q6
- How much earnings coverage do my referrals provide for
me?
A6
– On each referral, your earnings coverage is for that
company lead and
the
first assignment your talent referral performs for
RecruiterXchange. Keep
in
mind that company recruiting projects frequently require
as many as 2 to 2 dozen recruiters to execute.
Q7 - Do I earn anything if my
company or talent referral does not result in
an engaged assignment?
A7 - No, earnings
occur when your company referral results in an engaged
assignment or when your talent referral performs an
assignment for
RecruiterXchange.
It's financially beneficial to make frequent referrals.
Q8 - How will I receive the earnings from my productive
referrals?
A8
- When a referral results in an engagement, you will be
asked to provide
additional information so we can process and mail your
payment checks.
Payments are 1099 earnings and subject to Federal and
state income taxes.
We issue 1099 statements each year in January so you will
have confirmation
of your earnings from the previous year.
Q9 - What if two people make
the same referral a few days apart?
A9 –
RecruiterXchange accepts the first referral for any
company situation
or
talent referral. For this reason, we ask that all
referrals to be made through
our website because it
provides confirmation of the date, time and person making
each referral. In cases of duplicate referrals, these
written records will prevail.
Q10 - I'm interested in working interim assignments as
well. Can I refer myself?
A10 - Yes, you can. To refer yourself, you will need to
complete a referral form
and attach your resume or CV. You will earn ten
(10%) percent of the net
margin
on the first assignment you perform for RecruiterXchange
in addition to your
negotiated pay for that assignment.
